Outbound Work
Outbound work is for utilization by claimants located within India and includes the following:
- The recovery of missing or stolen assets and/or collateral located outside of India;
- The enforcement of legal judgements or arbitration awards outside of India that have already been obtained by the claimant; and
- The pursuit of litigation or arbitration claims against third parties located outside of India, including with respect to non-performing loans, investments that have not performed as expected, and other investment-related claims.
Inbound Work
Inbound work is for utilization by claimants located outside of India and includes the following:
- The recovery of missing or stolen assets and/or collateral located inside of India for lenders located outside of India;
- The enforcement of legal judgements or arbitration awards in India that claimants have already obtained outside of India; and
- The pursuit of claims held by third parties outside of India against parties located inside India, including with respect to non-performing loans and other investment-related claims.
